Homemade Tartar Sauce
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon capers chopped
1 dill pickle chopped very small
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon fresh dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice or more to thin
2 pinches of sugar or some honey or agave syrup to taste
salt and pepper to taste
It's really good with pan fried catfish. Enjoy !
