Truffle Goat Cheese & Smoked Salmon
Appetizer Wrap Rolls

One day Gary came home with some truffle goat cheese.
I've never even had a truffle much less in goat cheese.
Finally I decided to pair it with some smoked salmon
in a gluten free wrap that I cook on top the stove.


I melt a dab of butter in the frying pan,
add the wrap then dot with the cheese,
and add pieces of smoked salmon.
I cover the pan and when the cheese gets melty,
I remove it from the pan, roll it up,
then I cut it up into bite sized pieces.
A little appetizer if you will.

I didn't think I'd be able to detect the truffle
but I definitely could. Truffles are very earthy tasting.
Gary said he didn't care for the truffle flavor,
but he liked the smoked salmon.
I definitely liked the truffle cheese.
It was totally decadent.
