I patted the tuna dry and pressed it into a mixture of
black and tan sesame seeds.

I cooked the tuna in a very hot frying pan, flipping it once.
For the sauce I used aminos, hot sauce, mustard and sesame oil.
I made the green beans the same as the last time
but I used yogurt instead of cream.
